Job Summary
A community-focused organization is seeking a HCBS Program Supervisor to lead its Home and Community-Based Services programs with a strong focus on mental health support. This role requires leadership oversight and compliance management to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervise coordinators in drafting and implementing service plans
Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicaid and HCBS standards
Review documentation and provide training and mentorship to staff
Liaise between service providers families and organizational leadership
Maintain quality assurance in all program operations
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong background in HCBS and mental health services
Supervisory and leadership experience required
Familiarity with Medicaid or similar public health systems
Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills
Social work background preferred (not special education)
