Job Description

A community-focused organization is seeking a HCBS Program Supervisor to lead its Home and Community-Based Services programs with a strong focus on mental health support. This role requires leadership oversight and compliance management to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervise coordinators in drafting and implementing service plans

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicaid and HCBS standards

  • Review documentation and provide training and mentorship to staff

  • Liaise between service providers families and organizational leadership

  • Maintain quality assurance in all program operations

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong background in HCBS and mental health services

  • Supervisory and leadership experience required

  • Familiarity with Medicaid or similar public health systems

  • Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills

  • Social work background preferred (not special education)
