Job Description

Clinical Nurse Coordinator Outpatients

  • Southland Hospital Permanent 0.5 FTE part time
  • Salary between $114025 and $121444 per annum pro rata

About the Role

The Clinical Coordinator Outpatients will coordinate Outpatients to provide efficient effective and

safe services within the available resources.

This role is responsible for coordination of clinical service delivery clinical leadership and direction to staff in the unit. Working in partnership with other staff the Clinical Coordinator is the resource and support person for the designated area to ensure the provision of safe patient care.

About you

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have extensive experience working in an Outpatient area
  • Be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Registered Nurse
  • Hold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand annual practising certificate
  • Have at least Level 3 within the PDRP and working toward Level 4 of PDRP
  • Have strong written and Verbal communication skills
  • Have strong leadership skills and a high level of interpersonal skills
