Greeter - Weekend

Altitude Trampoline Park Odessa Texas is looking for Greeters to help enhance our guest experience. This role is for weekend shifts and idea for those looking for a fun weekend job. If you enjoy engaging with others have an outgoing energetic personality this role may be for you!

What You Need

• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to talk loudly engage with guests and smile
• Customer service experience helpful
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Transportation to and from work
• Authorization to work in the US and clear a background check

A Typical Day

• Greet smile serve thank
• Greet jumpers and guests welcoming them to Altitude
• Direct customers to the waiver station check-in or party/group check in areas
• Answer customer inquiries and share park specials and promotions
• Manage/minimize lines and work crowd control
• Engage with guests as they are in line
• Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
• Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guests
  
• Work as a team with other Altitude Trampoline Park employees
• Acknowledge and thank guests and jumpers as the exit the park
