Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for supporting logistics operations ensuring efficient handling of shipments documentation and inventory management. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate logistics activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Documentation:

  • Accurately enter and maintain records for new and thirdparty equipment in the companys systems.
  • Prepare goodsout lists for project equipment.
  • Prepare journey management plans and personnel lists for jetty and military pass issuance.

Logistics Operations & Coordination:

  • Cover logistics operations during weekends as needed.
  • Support the booking of project equipment spares and consumables in and out of the workshop under supervision.
  • Check overseas shipments against shipping manifests and packing lists.
  • Monitor shipments (import/export) through air sea and land ensuring customs clearance.
  • Handle all related documentation for exporting and importing shipments for all company departments.

Procurement & Financial Support:

  • Process purchase requisitions for logisticsrelated suppliers.
  • Maintain and update timesheets for logistics personnel contractors and thirdparty workers.

Asset & Inventory Management:

  • Ensure accurate and uptodate asset management records in coordination with the Base Engineer.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation practices within the logistics department.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Actively participate in the adherence and improvement of company policies related to quality health safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in logistics supply chain or a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in using logistics and asset management systems (training will be provided).

This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistics operations supporting the team in various administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records to optimize efficiency.
