Job Description
Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate skilled reliable and experienced Home Health Aides for the Cotuit area to assist with our client for overnight shift this is an awake overnight shift. Home Health Aide would need to document hourly.
Available shifts: Weekdays and Weekends
Overnights 10pm-7am
Job Description:
- Documenting hourly on our app.
- Assist with the Activities of Living personal care
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Encourage fluid intake possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
Requirements are as follows:
- Home Health Aide Certification
- 2Years experience working with your Certification
- Must be kind compassionate reliable and skilled HHA
- Must have experience working with Dementia
- Clean driving record ability to pass a CORI check
- Current TB test QuantiFERON Gold Test or X-ray
- Dementia care experience
- Speak read write the English language clearly and effective communication skills.
- You must own a cell phone.
