Position: Finish Carpenter Custom Dcor

Location: Fairfield OH (Greater Cincinnati)

Schedule: Full Time 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our manufacturing team. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in carpentry trim carpentry cabinet making or construction finishing who want to apply their craftsmanship in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry to build custom dcor and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Work with wood metal and plastics
• Operate saws drills sanders and woodworking tools
• Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and precision
• Collaborate with shop leaders and team members

Qualifications

• 2 years of carpentry construction millwork or finish carpentry experience
• Ability to read tape measures down to 1/16
• Skilled with power tools and woodworking equipment
• Blueprint reading ability required
• HS diploma or equivalent
