For more information on A-Gas please visit us at purpose of this role is to support the Fire Protection team on inbound shipments involving the purchasing of clean agents and the return of cylinders and outbound shipments involving customer sales orders and the shipment of material to assist vendors in packaging their gas for sale.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers whether face to face written or verbal in order to promote A-Gas in the marketplace and ensure customers enjoying doing business with A-Gas
- Scheduling of inbound and outbound LTL shipments for Fire Protection for Bowling Green and Las Vegas
- Tracking of shipments inbound and outbound to delivery
- TL and dedicated expedited shipments for Fire Protection
- Creating and managing both the inbound and outbound reports for Bowling Green
- Creating and managing the shipping report for Las Vegas
- Approve invoices for Fre Protection and Bowling Green miscellaneous shipments
- Works with Fire Protection customer service to ensure expedited orders ship and reach the destination in the timeframe guaranteed to the customer
- Work in accordance with all company policies relating to health & safety
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required some college preferred
- Previous experience working in finance and procurement roles
- A sound understanding of and experience using Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
- Experience in Sage ERP systems
- Experience in logistics
Physical Demand Requirements:
- Light to moderate lifting may be required up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
- Occasionally identifies written information on cylinders such as serial numbers manufacture date etc.
- Frequently operates a computer using a traditional keyboard to input detailed information such as serial numbers
- Frequently communicates detailed information to others. Must be able to exchange accurate information that others can understand.
- Occasionally works in environments with uncontrolled climate and exposure to outdoor weather conditions
