Purpose Statement

The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking a Coordinator Business Office Operations. This position will work with the Sr. Director of Retail Licensing and Event Experience on helping to assist with retail and ticket operations for the Naturals.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Support daily retail operations including inventory checking in received merchandise and daily team store operations
Online team store website maintenance. Assist in implementing promotion of new items and monthly campaigns to drive traffic and revenue
Participate in regular brainstorming sessions related to annual and quarterly planning for team store initiatives
Support ticket office operations including daily window sales processing of contracts and other duties as assigned
Prospecting qualifying leads and setting face-to-face appointments for new business
Maintain electronic account records in CRM for all clients and prospects
Manage client relationships and drive the follow up for future marketing programs e.g. understand clients business priorities and timelines in order to proactively set up marketing presentations.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

High school or GED required. Bachelors Degree preferred
One (1) year work experience in sales customer service retail or ticketing. Experience within a sports facilities environment preferred
Sales and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint. POS system and social media a plus
Ability to learn and master new software programs as necessary
Consistent punctual and regular attendance
Collaborative and outgoing
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during the season
High level of demonstrated professionalism integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation its subsidiaries and affiliates (Richs) reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience knowledge skills abilities shift differential and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$32895.00-$42435.00
