Senior Director Talent Acquisition
As the Senior Director of TalentAcquisition you will lead the development and execution of enterprise-widetalent acquisition strategies that support CAVAs dynamic growth and continuedsuccess. This role is responsible for building and scaling best-in-class hiringpractices across all parts of our business including the Support CenterRestaurant Operations and CAVA Foods. Youll manage a high-performing team oftalent acquisition leaders and partner closely with business and People Culture leadership to ensure we are attracting engaging and hiringexceptional talent aligned with CAVAs mission and values.

WhatYoull Do:
Strategy & Leadership
- Developand execute an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned withworkforce planning overseeing dedicated leaders for the Support CenterRestaurant Operations and CAVA Foods hiring efforts.
- Act asa strategic advisor to business leaders on hiring best practicesorganizational structure and talent market dynamics.
- Partnerwith People Culture leadership department heads and cross functionalleaders to understand workforce planning needs and proactively align recruitingstrategies.
- Mentorand develop a team of TA leaders and recruiters fostering a high-performingand mission-driven team culture.
- Collaboratewith key functions within People Culture (Compensation Learning Development and other partners) to ensure a seamless and aligned experiencefrom hire to onboarding.
- Advancediversity equity and inclusion through thoughtful sourcing outreach andhiring practices.
Scaling Talent for Growth- Overseehigh-volume recruitment for field-level roles (hourly restaurant managers)while also managing talent pipelines for corporate and executive positions.
- Partnercross-functionally with Operations Marketing Finance and HR to alignrecruiting priorities with business goals.
- Buildscalable efficient and inclusive hiring processes that drive both quality andspeed of hire.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience- Buildand elevate the employer brand a consistent and compelling one that reflectsCAVAs mission and culture across all candidate touchpoints.
- Developattraction strategies for top talent across all levels; lead initiativesrelated to social media careers site job fairs and community partnerships.
- Championa best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and createsadvocates for our brandeven among non-hires.
Operational Excellence &Analytics
- Designand optimize recruiting processes systems and tools to drive efficiencyconsistency and compliance.
- Owntalent acquisition metrics and reporting (time-to-fill cost-per-hire qualityof hire DEI pipeline data etc.) and use insights to drive continuousimprovement
- Champion a world-class candidate experience and continuously improve the full lifecycle recruiting process.
TheQualifications:
Education& Experience- Youhave 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition includingexperience leading enterprise TA teams across multiple functions andgeographies preferably within restaurant hospitality or retail industries
- Youhave successfully built and scaled high-performing recruiting functions infast-paced growth-oriented environments.
- Youare equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves tosolve problems and drive execution.
- Youare passionate about building inclusive teams and driving equitable hiringoutcomes.
- Youhave deep expertise in high-volume corporate and/or manufacturingrecruitment.
- Youare a strong communicator who can build trust and influence across a wide rangeof stakeholders.
- Youbring a data-driven mindset and use metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Youthrive in a mission-driven people-first culture and care deeply about creatingmeaningful experiences for candidates hiring managers and your team.
