Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide application support and system build for Epic Clinical Documentation modules including nursing therapies behavioral health and long-term care.
- Collaborate with clinical end users to gather requirements document workflows and implement system changes.
- Perform system testing validation and offer end-user support during Epic builds upgrades and go-lives.
- Assist with Epic training and deliver at-the-elbow support to clinical documentation users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through ServiceNow escalating as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards (CMS Joint Commission State policies).
- Work collaboratively with other Epic module teams (Orders HIM Identity etc.) to ensure integrated workflows.
