Job Description
AI Training Specialist
Jersey City NJ (Hybrid: 4 days onsite remote Fridays)
We are expanding the use of ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot across the organization and are seeking a temporary AI Training Specialist to accelerate adoption. This role is hands-on working side by side with departments to help staff integrate AI into daily workflows drive efficiency and unlock the full potential of these tools.
What Youll Do

Partner with departments to understand workflows and identify opportunities to incorporate ChatGPT and Copilot.

Deliver engaging hands-on training sessions tailored to different teams.

Create practical use cases and best practices that demonstrate real business impact.

Provide ongoing guidance and support answering questions and encouraging adoption.

Track progress and report on usage trends adoption rates and new opportunities.
Role Details

Contract: 3 6 months

Location: Jersey City office (hybrid: 3 4 days onsite remote Fridays).

Engagement: working closely with leadership and departmental teams.
What Were Looking For

Proven expertise with ChatGPT Copilot or similar AI productivity tools.

Experience in training facilitation and change management.
