The client is looking for a Certified Web Developer III.
Will close to submissions on 8/27/2025 at 4:00PM CST.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
1. 12 years experience in with at least 3 years Core
2. 10 years experience with Oracle/Db2
3. 10 years experience with WCF - Windows Communication Foundation
Nice to Have Skills:
1. Experience with C#
2. Web Accessibility coding
3. Batch Processing and Control M

Duration of the Contract: 06/30/2026 with potential for multi-year extensions
Onsite or Remote Candidate must be a CURRENT WI resident. No relocation allowed. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI).
NOTE: DWD prefers that the selected hire resides in the greater Madison area. The contractor must be available to work onsite in DWD Madison WI headquarters GEF-1 location at DWDs request including consecutive weekdays or extended periods without reimbursement for travel lodging or parking expenses.
Project details: This Certified Developer will be involved in the development and support of critical priority applications on the Tax/Employer side of Unemployment Insurance application processing.

Brief Project Description:
The primary purpose of this contractual service agreement is to provide applications development
and support for various Ul-related applications with a primary focus on the SUITES Benefits Claimant
Portal Worker Portal and UIBNet applications. Candidates will play an integral role on self directed work
teams in support of high priority development projects.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates with business knowledge of Wisconsins unemployment
insurance program and familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems procedures and
development standards
