Job Description

Job Title: GCP Data Architect

Location: HYBRID IN IRVING TX (2-3 days in office)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) to join our team. This hybrid role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for driving project success.

Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of PPM solutions that align with business goals and objectives. - Oversee the integration of PPM tools and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans. - Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for PPM processes and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all PPM activities. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in PPM methodologies. - Monitor project progress and performance and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize PPM processes and tools. - Support the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for PPM initiatives. - Evaluate and select appropriate PPM technologies and tools to meet organizational needs. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to encourage team success.

Qualifications:
- Possess a strong understanding of PPM methodologies and tools with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Have experience in developing and implementing PPM processes and best practices.
- Show proficiency in using PPM software and tools to manage and track project progress.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
- Hold a relevant degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
