Title: Cemetery Maintenance Specialist
Location: Marietta GA 30064
Duration: 4 months
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in openings and closings for burials entombments inurnments and disinterments.
- Install and assemble foundations memorials and markers.
- Install outer burial containers.
- Handle and complete work orders from client families related to individual grave and marker maintenance; respond to service requests.
- Conduct Interment Verification Procedures and prepare a 25-foot radius around graves-ensuring the area is clean and neat.
- Fill graves tamp soil seed or lay sod as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and Universal Precautions.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines equipment and facilities.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Complete required training-particularly Dignity University courses and uphold the Dignity Memorial Promise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
