Job Description
Job Title: Cisco Network Design Architect
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Baltimore MD Onsite
Job Description:
The Cisco Network Design Architect will be working with clients at multiple locations throughout the Baltimore MD area. This can be hybrid but candidate must be within 2 hours of Baltimore to go in as needed.
Scoping all aspects of new projects from a network aspect including but not limited to:
- Rack space
- Rack power requirements
- Switch/Router specs
- POE Requirements
- Port speeds/uplink optics
- Design aspects for Routing (BGP/EIGRP)
- Design aspects for QoS and Multicast
- Design aspects for campus VXLAN Deployments
Required Experience:
- Cisco Networking (route/switch/wireless) CCNP or higher caliber; CCIE preferred
- Palo Alto Networks firewalls
Preferred Experience:
- Networks in a Healthcare Setting
- F5 Load Balancers
- Cisco ISE
- Infoblox
