Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager (Texas State Agile Jira Enterprise Implementations)
Location: Hybrid - (LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY) (Within 50-mile radius)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations
- Strong knowledge of State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management practices
- Hands-on Agile (Scrum) experience
- Background in software development
- Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework
- Experience with data warehouse applications and/or database reporting features
- Knowledge of state procurement and contracting processes
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise IT projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure project alignment with state and federal guidelines including Texas standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile (Scrum) methodology
- Monitor and track progress through Jira ensuring transparency and accountability
- Provide technical oversight leveraging development background to guide solutions
- Manage risks issues and dependencies to ensure project success
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Support procurement processes and vendor management where applicable
