Job Description
The IV&V Consultant will provide independent verification and validation review services for an Electronic Health Record project. This role involves periodic assessments of the projects technical financial and management aspects ensuring adherence to standards and identifying areas for improvement. The consultant will analyze project documentation development processes and product performance to provide objective feedback and recommendations.
- Review technical financial and management aspects of the project.
- Analyze project management Work Breakdown Structure schedule resource and budget execution.
- Review project management planning documents.
- Review contracts and organizational change management plans.
- Review project and product configuration documents.
- Review and monitor development processes procedures and practices.
- Assess Configuration Management Quality Management and Risk Management functions.
- Perform detailed reviews of project deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Review product documentation (Requirements Design Training Test and Management Plans).
- Review product architecture for feasibility and consistency.
- Inventory and review application software.
- Analyze application network hardware and software performance.
- Review processes for tracking business and technical requirements.
- Assess and recommend improvements to assure planned operations and maintenance performance.
- Assess and recommend improvements to assure product testing adequacy.
- Assess and recommend improvements to assure appropriate user and developer training.
- Review product hardware and software configurations.
- Review and analyze product performance studies.
- Document IV&V Review findings recommendations best practices and lessons learned.
