Job Description
Sr. Architect Consultant with our client in the transportation industry in their .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the high-level design plan for the overall applications data and infrastructure architectures
- Provide technical leadership across the organization from top-line decision making down to the project planning level
- Gain commitment for high-level infrastructure plans initiate and participate in projects to evaluate technologies and methods of implementation
- Assess business requirements and technology alternatives
- Build multi-platform technology consensus across business units
- Implement new technologies in small and medium scale environments
- Design applications technical infrastructure such as specific databases programming languages utilities and testing approaches
- Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Evaluate and/or pilot new technologies
- Contribute to the development of business cases
- Construct program flow charts to describe the processing of data and development of precise steps and processing logic across all platforms
- Determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality security modifiability extensibility etc.
- Approve final product before launch
- Take responsibility for the functional design and architecture of application systems across all technologies and platforms
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in working with APIs to ensure seamless integration and support for the Skyhub Workplace Meta Replacement platform
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration strategies and tools to facilitate smooth connectivity across multiple systems and platforms
- Ability to provide advanced backend support including troubleshooting and enhancing digital workplace solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges impacting project launches and ongoing support efforts
- Experience in leading technical support initiatives and working collaboratively with internal IT and business stakeholders
