Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior ServiceNow Analyst specializing in Asset Management to support IT governance and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT Asset and Configuration Management along with hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management Configuration Management or IT governance/operations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
