Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives from data collection to actionable insights.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical models and reports.

Work with large complex datasets from multiple sources (structured and unstructured).

Design build and optimize dashboards KPIs and data visualizations.

Apply statistical and analytical methods to identify trends anomalies and patterns.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure data quality governance and integrity.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data analysis.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in SQL and querying large datasets.

Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau Power BI Looker or similar).

Solid background in data modeling ETL processes and data warehousing.

Experience with Python/R for statistical analysis and automation.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and modern data ecosystems.

Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:

Experience working with big data frameworks (Spark Hadoop).

Exposure to machine learning models and predictive analytics.

Domain knowledge in Finance Healthcare or Retail analytics.
