Job Description
Domain: Motor Vehicle Services / Transportation
Client name: Deloitte
Note: Required experience is minimum 10 years. State client experience is mandatory with Motor Vehicle domain.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst / QA Analyst with direct experience working on Motor Vehicle Services / Transportation industry along with state government projects. The ideal candidate will be able to gather and analyze business requirements and develop and execute test plans related systems such as drivers license issuance vehicle registration titling or system modernization efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of combined BA and QA experience in software development projects.
- Must have strong experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
- Hands on Experience working with State Government clients along with Motor Vehicle Services / Transportation
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements for healthcare-related projects.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and scripts to ensure system quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders developers and QA teams to validate functionality and resolve defects.
- Proficient in requirement gathering documentation and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC both Agile and Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA.
- Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DMV modernization programs (Real ID digital services kiosks etc.)
