Job Summary (List Format) Freddie Mac (McLean VA) Product Owner/Business Analyst
- Location: Onsite McLean VA (Local candidates only; 5 days/week onsite)
- Hybrid Role: Combination of Product Ownership and Business Analysis responsibilities
- OneTrust Experience: Required; at least 1 year of OneTrust system implementation preferred
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to solicit and gather business/system requirements
- Requirements Management: Analyze document and translate high-level business requirements into actionable system requirements and pseudo code as needed
- Deadline-Driven: Ensure timely delivery and implementation of changes and projects
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with SQL Excel JIRA MS Office Suite SharePoint
- Experience with Python R and open-source software preferred
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis data lineage gap identification and transformation mapping between systems
- Documentation: Produce high-quality artifacts such as BRDs FRDs business/data architecture diagrams and process flows
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between business and technology teams; articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Self-Starter: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Project Management: Manage configuration testing and maintenance for technology and SaaS implementations (prior experience is a plus)
- Industry Experience: Experience in mortgage/financial industry and third-party risk management is a plus
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
- Adaptability: Flexible able to wear multiple hats and thrive in a start-up-like environment
- Interview Process: 1 in-person round (60 minutes) scheduled between 8/29 8/03; debrief on 8/04
- Visa Requirements: USC GC GC-EAD H4-EAD only
