Description:
Administers support for the Kenvue Ethics & Compliance organization during the global Code of Conduct training program annual deployment. The primary responsibility will be to serve as point-of-contact related to this training initiative. Respond to inquiries about training promptly. Use discretion to identify routine vs. exceptional inquiries and for the latter triage to Ethics & Compliance personnel. For technical questions related to training identify these and triage them to IT. For requests for completion reports gather data from a Tableau dashboard and download the needed data into Excel. Analyze and format data as needed specific to the request and provided to the requestor so they can follow up with learners. Make and/or suggest corrections or process improvement as necessary. Performs work with professional communication and organizational skills. Experience supporting corporate training programs is preferred.
