Job Description
Our client is a consultant and delivers quality inspection services within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for any issues related to customer products.
- Delivering high-quality services to meet customer and partner expectations.
- Continuously adhering to customer requirements and acting as a professional representative for both the customer and partners.
- Planning managing and overseeing activities related to customer products including monitoring and addressing critical breakpoints.
- In the event of a quality issue at the host site collaborate closely with the host engineer to investigate thoroughly and avoid issuing an official QR whenever possible.
- Preparing investigation reports for nonconformities aiming to protect the customer from additional quality costs and issues.
- Developing work instructions conduct non-conformity analyses and implement actions during containment activities.
- Representing the customer in host meetings presenting 8D or other action plans as needed.
- Participating in customer meetings regarding changes to customer products.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of work experience.
- Proficient in English (speaking reading and writing).
- Proficient in Chinese (speaking reading and writing).
- Experience in quality management including 8D reports root cause analysis 5S and the 5 Why method.
- Technical expertise with over 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance.
- Must own a car and be willing to travel and work abroad (Rayong).
- Familiar with automotive specifications standards and quality tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational management and communication abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Audit experience.
