PRTR IT Recruitment is looking for an Application Support to join our client who focuses on Hospital.
Job Description
- Supporting analyzing and troubleshooting initial issues related to various hospital information systems including HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and ERP applications (SAP).
- Proposing designs or improvements to information systems by analyzing business requirements and identifying user needs which will then be handled by the development team (vendor) for further system development.
- Assisting in testing systems before the actual installation prepare installation plans and help conduct training sessions including creating user manuals.
- Preparing and introducing new solutions suitable for the current business environment and continually modernising the organizations information systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Application Support or IT Support or related fields.
- Experience in installing OS software and setting up various device drivers for computers.
- Understanding of business processes including accounting systems financial systems and CRM.
- Able to analyze troubleshoot and provide consultation on systems and workflows.
- Strong communication skills.
- Work at Office Mon - Fri (08.30-17.30).
