Job Description
- Ensuring the end-to-end cycle of recruitment which includes sourcing screening and conducting interviews.
- Managing the talent hub through job boards and procuring the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
- Designing and implementing job descriptions and engaging with potential candidates on social media platforms.
- Consulting with clients on job specifications and requirements.
- Assisting in negotiations with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years experience in HR Admin or Recruitment is advantage.
- Good command of English and Chinese language (HSK4 above).
Company Benefits
- OPD at Baht 1200 / visit (30 visits per policy pro-rata for employee joins during the year)
- IPD at Baht 1800 per day
