We are looking for aCook II (Shophouse) to join our team!
Assist with mise en place for daily operations including chopping marinating and portioning.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation and equipment.
Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently and on time.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Support the team during busy service periods.
Inform supervisors of any food shortages spoilage or equipment issues.
Help with receiving storing and organizing kitchen supplies when needed.
Requirement:
- 12 years of kitchen experience in local or Asian cuisine preferred.
