You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailNanyang Technological University (NTU) has launched the Care Serve and Learn (CSL) initiative as a compulsory credit-bearing course series for all undergraduates admitted from Academic Year 2025 onwards. Integrated into the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core (ICC) curriculum CSL bridges academic learning with meaningful community service aiming to cultivate socially responsible empathetic and civically engaged graduates. Through structured training hands-on service with partner organizations individual and team-based reflective learning students develop vital skills such as active listening advocacy and project management. The initiative builds on NTUs strong culture of volunteerism and reflects a broader educational vision that blends intellectual growth with real-world impact. The new initiative will be managed by the new CSL office.
Role Overview:
The Senior Executive will play a primary role in the administration of the CSL course series. This includes supporting the administration and operations of CSL Office the CSL instructors in their conduct of the CSL course series the students registered in the CSL course series in course-related matters and the external partners collaborating in the CSL course series.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration of NTU CSL course series
Perform the administration tasks related to the CSL course series including instructor and resource planning and scheduling timetabling student enrolment mark processing and finalization completion of service hours payments to students conduct and analyses of course surveys student feedback on teaching focus group discussion report preparation and course reviews.
Maintain accurate records and ensuring operational compliance with policies and procedures established within CSL Office and NTU.
Stakeholder & Student Engagement
Collaborate and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective administration of the CSL course series.
Serve as a point of contact for students instructors other NTU units and service for CSL-related inquiries.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including academic units and senior leadership to ensure effective administration and scholar engagement for both the Talent Scholarship and President Award.
Tracking & Reporting
Ensure that students progress milestones and programme requirements are tracked documented fulfilled and reported to relevant NTU units in a timely manner.
Assist with compiling regular reports on the status and impact of the CSL initiative.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve the overall experience for students and instructors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CSL course execution and delivery.
Requirements:
A degree in Business Education Social Sciences or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant relevant experience in CSL administration community partners engagement &/or experiential learning.
Experience in higher education administration is a plus.
Strong IT administration and organizational skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Experience managing operations including planning and logistics within a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to engage effectively with students instructors and other internal and external stakeholders.
