Responsible for the overall security and safety in the hotel the Assistant Security Manager will assist Security Manager to oversee the operational and administrative duties of the department and is overall responsible for the teams performance and career development.
- Maintain and update operational SOP and Polices
- Responsible for the security teams training development coaching and discipline as appropriate when required.
- Monitor and provide necessary guidance on teams work performance.
- Report any discrepancies deviation of procedure or standard practice and carry out the necessary follow-ups
- Responsible to keep security systems (such as CCTV fire alarm etc.) in good working condition
- In charge of reporting record statements and perform onsite investigation
- Any other duties related duties as and when required and special operation and investigation assigned by Hotel Management
Requirements
- Possess all regulatory licenses for the role
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in hotel in similar capacity
- Adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shift hours and on weekends
