About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to join our team in Singapore. This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in trade operations and back-office processes. You will support the team with tasks related to trade processing post-trade activities and day-to-day operational workflows. Its a good chance to learn how operations teams ensure the smooth execution of financial transactions while following internal procedures and best practices.

A. Investment Operations

• Support recurring processes related to trade settlement and custody.
• Assist in processing and settling trades including corporate actions and product events.
• Help manage post-trade functions and resolve trade-related issues.
• Support accounting and finance including payment tracking reporting etc.
• Coordinate with custodians counterparties and internal teams on documentation and problem resolution.

B. Compliance

• Assist in maintaining internal compliance documentation and policies.
• Help with client onboarding compliance monitoring and regulatory research.
• Support the preparation of reports presentations and audit materials.
• Maintain compliance registers and risk assessments

C. Others

• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects.
• Communicate with vendors partners and internal teams.
• Provide general support on ad hoc tasks and team initiatives.

About You

• Eager to learn about financial markets trade operations and custody processes.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel Word and other basic tools.
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Prior experience or coursework in finance compliance or operations is a bonus.
