Job Summary:
As a Probe Shift Equipment Engineer at Micron Technology Inc. you will lead a team of shift equipment technicians to meet equipment schedules production standards and operational costs ensuring department goals are achieved. Your responsibilities include setting clear expectations providing continual performance feedback and outlining improvement plans for your team. You will foster teamwork trust and employee engagement recognize and reward outstanding performance and ensure necessary training is conducted and supported to achieve site objectives. Additionally you will establish clear and strong lines of communication and engagement with peers customers eventual reports and management in a professional manner. You will oversee the day-to-day performance of a work unit that performs complex tasks and collaborate closely with management engineering production and training personnel to meet company goals.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Lead and manager shift equipment technicians to achieve operation objectives.
Ensure adequate training and compliance to SOP to eliminate safety and quality risk.
Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Maintain close communication and collaboration with production and process stakeholders to achieve strategy business objectives.
Establish and review SOPs to ensure they continue to be relevant and optimized for operation process.
Evaluation promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
