Job Summary
Description:
The Consumer General Insurance(GI) Operations team supports the GI functions at Income. We play a key role in our Consumer Business by assisting stakeholders in Underwriting Policy Servicing and Claims Processing. The Policy Servicing team in Personal Lines Operations focuses on underwriting personal line insurance applications including Travel Home Personal Accident and more. Our mission is to handle enquiries address customer feedback and process new business renewals endorsements and cancellations submitted by policyholders and intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries requests and feedback from policyholders and intermediaries within stipulated timelines.
- Verify customer details to ensure up-to-date profile information.
- Follow up with customers on required documents and information for policy issuance and updates.
- Execute end-to-end tasks from case creation to policy issuance.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by your Team Lead or Manager.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
- Service-oriented with good communication and writing skills.
- Possess a positive and open mindset when addressing complaints and feedback.
- Ability to work under tight timelineswhile ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Strong teamwork skills with the initiative to follow up conscientiously to complete tasks.
- Competent in MS365 (Excel Powerpoint Word).
