Job Title: Associate Data Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Data Analyst . In this role you will play a key part in transforming raw data into useful information focusing on developing reports and providing support to senior analysts working with data from enterprise systems like ERP/HCM/SCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design development and maintenance of reports dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Support senior analysts in translating business needs into technical requirements for data extraction and reporting.
- Work with Oracles native reporting tools (OTBI BIP) and other BI platforms (Power BI Tableau etc.) to help build analytical solutions.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify initial trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and contribute to reporting solutions.
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports and outputs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for reports and processes.
- Actively learn from senior team members and grow your skills in data-driven analysis.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues and reporting discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in a data-related role or a recent graduate with relevant project experience.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills with the ability to write and understand standard queries.
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
- A foundational understanding of data concepts including databases and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
