Work Setup:
Location: Ortigas Pasig
Schedule: Early Morning Shift (to support AU Region) Mondays to Fridays
Setup: Hybrid required onsite twice a week
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial capacity within an offshoring shared services or similar international support environment
Must hold a Bachelors degree
Proven track record of supporting international clients preferably in the AU region
Strong customer service orientation with extensive experience in performance management team development and strategic operations
Solid background as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative support role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and global clients
Thrives in a multi-cultural and dynamic work environment
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook (email & calendar) and Microsoft Teams
Prior experience in leading and managing a team of at least 15 FTEs is a strong advantage
