Position: Social Media Growth & Performance Manager

The Opportunity
The client is not just looking for someone to post contentthey are looking for someone who knows how to turn great raw assets into outstanding storytelling at scale using the smartest tools available. This is a role for a social-native creative who knows how to harness AI automation and analytics to elevate and amplify everything they touch.
The ideal candidate will be given a stream of high-quality still and video assets from our team of 67 content contributors and be expected to transform them into an engaging high-volume pipeline of posts across Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Curation
- Repurpose raw product photos lifestyle shots and video snippets into engaging reels stories carousels memes and short-form vertical video content optimized for TikTok and Instagram.
- Craft platform-native content that feels organic timely and tonally aligned with the companys voice.
- Use AI tools (e.g. Runway ML Pika Labs Adobe Sensei ChatGPT or others) to enhance video editing generate captions automate visual storytelling and maximize asset reuse without compromising quality.
- Social Publishing & Scheduling
- Manage a consistent thoughtful posting cadence using social tools (e.g. Later Buffer Planoly).
- A/B test video formats music caption hooks and trends for optimal reach and engagement.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track core KPIs (views watch time saves shares comments follower growth).
- Provide actionable weekly/monthly reports and suggest specific improvements to visual or written assets based on data insights.
- Use analytics tools or AI-powered insights to surface trends and content gaps.
- Trend Surfing & Community Awareness
- Stay on top of trending TikTok sounds formats and challenges relevant to the sober-curious wellness and design-forward communities.
- Proactively pitch agile content that rides the wave of whats working natively on the platform.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience managing and growing brand TikTok and Instagram accounts (ideally in CPG beverage wellness or fashion).
- Demonstrated fluency in AI tools for content creation editing captioning or ideation.
- A strong understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram Reelsand how to evolve strategy as trends and algorithms shift.
- Excellent aesthetic and creative judgment: your eye for pacing sound and visuals is dialed.
- Comfort working autonomously and at speedthis role thrives on turning quick turnarounds into high-impact content.
- Bonus: Ability to lightly animate remix user-generated content or create voiceover/meme-based storytelling.
