POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary:
- Lead the restaurant service period tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations
- Be an approachable and confident team leader by providing comfort and support to our waitstaff
- Assist with the bar related tasks if required
- Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience creating a place with the traveller in mind
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Understand travellers requirements and deliver service excellence with each traveller experience
- Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
About You:
- An up-to-date LCQ
- Relevant experience in a similar role in hospitality or hotels
- Current working rights in New Zealand
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable leads with integrity and honesty
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
