  • Homebased and flexible working environment

Youll need strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members in an online environment. Were offering flexibility with this role; applicants are welcome to apply for either three or four days per essence we dont mind; were looking for the right person more than the perfect schedule.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a pivotal member of our team youll contribute to the development of administrative systems collaborate with Relationship Managers to grow partnerships and coordinate initiatives to strengthen engagement with churches facilitating partnerships that invite the Australian and New Zealand Church to make a difference for persecuted Christians around the world. As a Relationship Facilitator you will play a crucial role in supporting the engagement and partnership initiatives with churches other key stakeholders to maximise the effectiveness and impact of our frontline church team. Your responsibilities are to

  • Oversee and improve administrative systems to support the teams daily operations
  • Implement partnership engagement tasks aligned with our updated Partnership Methodology
  • Provide administrative support for the Major Giver portfolio ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up
  • Keep portfolio records accurate and up to date to support effective management
  • Contribute proactively to achieving team financial and non-financial targets
  • Manage church partnerships systematically including regular reviews impact reporting and re- engagement of lapsed partners
  • Assist Relationship Managers with lead-generation activities
  • Lead or support event organisation and management from planning through evaluation
  • Ensure timely completion of CRM tasks
  • Coordinate inquiries and logistics for meetings and events ensuring a professional experience
  • Manage stock takes and restocking as needed
  • Support volunteer recruitment training and evaluation

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

For this role we are ideally seeking the following:

Essential:

  • Exemplary administrative skills including outstanding attention to detail
  • Exemplary communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team player within an interstate team and other departments
  • Time management skills including the ability to coordinate multiple calendars
  • A proven track record providing wide ranging administrative support to a cross-functional team
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and transition seamlessly to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and innovative
  • Must exhibit a strong willingness to learn and absorb new information
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and Microsoft suite
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively in an online team environment
  • Confidence in proactively anticipating team needs identifying gaps and offering support before being asked.

Desirable:

  • Exemplary communication skills including the ability to communicate via phone and email with external partners from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to evaluate and improve existing administrative systems
  • Knowledge of business principles and processes including records and budget management
  • Experience improving team systems and workflows not just maintaining them
  • A calm and supportive presence that helps others stay on track and feel confident in their roles
