We are on the lookout for an organised proactive and people-focused Office Manager to take charge of the day-to-day running of our office.

This role is a dynamic and varied position where youll be the heart of the business the go-to person for ensuring our workspace runs smoothly managing supplies keeping things humming behind the scenes coordinating office vendors and helping create a workplace environment our team loves to be a part of. On occasion you may be required to lend a hand and provide administrative and coordinating support to our senior leaders.

This position is a full-time permanent role based in our Auckland City Campus.

Your responsibilities will include the following (but not limited to):

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure a welcoming organised and productive work environment
  • Manage office supplies equipment shared spaces and general upkeep of the office
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding in relation to office setup and support
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements
  • Support health and safety processes and general compliance tasks
  • Manage internal updates and communications related to office operations and building matters
  • Provide administrative and coordinating support to senior leaders and executive support

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the following skills and / or experience:

  • Proven experience in office management or senior administration roles
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
