Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Specialist to join our team at the Salmon Exchange Desk of Euronext in Bergen. You will engage current and prospect market participants educate them and facilitate their onboarding. You will facilitate salmon futures trading and manage operational tasks on the Euronext Trading Platform. You will also help manage administrative tasks organize events and maintain supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Reach-out to educate and onboard current and prospect salmon market participants
Enter amend or cancel orders in Euronext trading platform Optiq on behalf of trading members.
Register off-order book (wholesale) trades in Optiq on behalf of trading members
Support the liquidity of the salmon derivatives market
Contribution to the organization of marketing and commercial events related to salmon derivatives
Contribution to the management and monitoring of suppliers in direct contact with the salmon derivatives team and exchange desk
Requirements
Graduate degree in Finance Economics Business or related fields.
Norwegian- and English-speaker
3 to 5 years working in the capital markets commodity trading or salmon industry.
Understanding of hedging mechanisms trough listed derivatives
Entrepreneurial spirit excellent communication skills commercial mindset attention to detail results-driven and proactive mentality.
