About us
Your Mission
- Assemble complete bicycles from frame to final check following SOPs and technical documentation
- Install and calibrate drivetrain brakes wheels cockpit components and electronics
- Conduct in-line quality checks to ensure every build meets specifications
- Identify and report deviations or issues with parts or processes
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet daily output targets
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Your skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in bike or mechanical assembly (12 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of bicycle components and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with torque specs hydraulic systems and adjustment procedures
- Ability to follow technical documentation and maintain consistent output quality
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills
