Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining monitoring and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and services ensuring high availability security and performance across production and non-production environments. You will collaborate closely with developers security and support teams to deliver reliable and scalable cloud operations in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Key duties and responsibilities
Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools.
Full responsibility from infrastructure design build and operate standpoint.
Assure Cloud operations being responsible for their operation.
Maintain and improve infrstructure-as-code (IaC) and deployment pipelines (e.g. Terraform)
Collaborates with IT security to maintain systems without vulnerabilities when possible and react if necessary.
Work with change requests & incident monitoring system (ServiceNow)
Is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Cloud Infra systems through change and ensures systems can operate and respond effectively to fluctuating capacity demands.
Writing/updating technical design build and process documentation
Provide technical support during disaster and Perform Root Cause Analysis
Skills & experience
Min 4 years experience with Cloud Ops or similar related role
Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring logging and alerting tools (e.g. Cloudwatch Azure monitor ElasticSearch Grafana NewRelic DynaTrace DataDog).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and scripting languages (e.g. Bash Python PowerShell)
Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform CloudFormation or similar)
Good understanding of ITIL concepts and service management best practices
Given problems to investigate Identifying potential project obstacles present findings.
Support the project team assisting on maintenance monitoring and documentation.
Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field
AWS Certifications Azure Certifictions is desired
Experience with container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes ECS) will be added value
Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments is a must
