As the Regional Business Leader for Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) in the Southeast Asia region you will drive growth in Oil & Gas Refining & Petrochemicals Chemicals & Specialty Chemicals Power Generation & Utilities Mining Minerals and Metals and Pulp & Paper/Sheet Manufacturing markets. You will develop strategic plans guide sales engagements and oversee internal processes to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. This is your opportunity to lead AI-powered outcome-based solutions that help industries achieve their best day of operation every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Operating Plan (both creation and execution) Orders/GM Revenue/GP Cash OP others
  • Craft and execute strategic plans that drive growth and enhance profitability
  • Guide sales engagements and develop new business opportunities
  • Oversee internal processes and ensure operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
  • Sales engagement with the Regional Sales Leader(s) for driving Orders/GM AOP
  • Strategic Plan participate and feed the regional information VOC.
  • Engagement with other Line of Business leaders for cross-LOB collaboration
  • Employee engagements.


Responsibilities

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Extensive experience and understanding of the industrial process industry especially in minerals processing mining LNG and sustainability.
  • Familiarity with the latest technological advancements in industrial automation artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics as it pertains to Asset Reliability Safety Competency Productivity End to End Optimization Operations Excellence and Sustainability.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives specifically for industrial businesses.
  • Bachelors degree in science Engineering or Business
  • Minimum of 10 years in strategy deployment operations business management or sales
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting targets
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L effectively
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
