What can you expect in a Physical Safety and Security Specialist role with TaskUs:
As a Physical Safety & Security Specialist you will be in charge of providing real-time emergency solutions on site. You will be in charge of handling security guards and procedures conducting CCTV investigations and real time monitoring policy compliance. You will be in charge of access control systems.
Will be responsible for:
Generate and send reports regarding security and safety risk analysis reports
Process termination deactivation and new hire activation in Taskus access control system.
Process execute investigate and deliver reports for the requesting areas.
Participate in an emergency briefing for new hires. Assist the support team in daily tasks.
Coordinate and direct security guards and procedures in normal operations and under emergency situations.
Conduct risk assessments vulnerability exercises and emergency/evacuation drills.
Conduct safety inspections aligned with authorities policies
Provide evidence to Info sec & Compliance for certification purposes.
Required Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to communicate at all levels across various departments.
Able to work in a fast paced and high volume processing environment
Diligent in following through to guarantee full completion of a task or issue.
Should be able to work independently to ensure day to day functions and projects are completed and should be able to work as a team for collaboration projects or achievement of team and company goals.
Use all resources available to resolve issues and escalate as needed to manage.
Must have a good sense of urgency.
Education / Certifications:
High school diploma required
Military or private security experience
Experience with computers and electronic devices
Microsoft Excel and Word
G suite
Must be detail oriented
Able to meet deadlines
Flexible
Disciplined
High situational awareness
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
Office Based
Occasional travel may be required for meetings conferences or client engagements as per business needs.
