ResponsibilitiesPeople Matters responsibilities will include the following in support of all skill teams located in Mexico facilities:
- Investigate and resolve salaried employee issues and concerns
- Counsel employees regarding job related matters
- Counsel on the fair application of policies and practices
- Recommend all salaried disciplines for customer base
- Provide subject matter expertise to Human Resources Business Operations (HRBO) and management on matters regarding declining performance
- Participate on special local or global project teams
Other opportunities will include developing an Organizational Development (OD) skill set by participating in strategic customer focused initiatives using OD methodology in response to concerns identified in the workplace.
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree required
- Experience conducting investigations related to Code of Conduct violations specifically on: Harassment Discrimination Unprofessional Behaviors allegations.
- HRBO experience mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration
