Job Description
We are looking for a person to join the firms global Communications team whose main responsibilities will be to support the rankings and legal directories area.
Requirements
- Degree in Law Advertising and PR Business Administration Marketing.
- Experience: A minimum of five years experience in a similar role preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PPT Excel Word).
- High level of English (C1).
Functions
- Supporting the management and preparation of the firms documentation for legal rankings and directories such as Chambers & Partners The Legal 500 Euromoney etc. as well as for national and international League Tables.
- Assisting drafting texts in English for international directories.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports analysing the firms results and positioning in terms of awards and recognition.
- Supporting managing and organising the annual calendars with the deadlines for each editorial.
- Collaborating with the inter-office coordination of directory strategy and League Tables.
