At least 8 years of experience in Project managing large ERP implementation programs preferably in Microsoft D365
Strong proficiency in Project Management and Client engagement skills
Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
Solution estimation methods
High impact Communication skills
Business Acumen
Customer Orientation
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
Preferred
Knowledge of Proposal building methods
Project Management.
Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
Responsibilities:
Act as single point of contact for all interactions with the Customer
Facilitate/coordinate meetings interactions with the key business users
Review and define the tasks and resource planning
Ensure deliverables are reviewed internally and submitted to the customer on time
Provide oversight to all delivery aspects of the project
Prepares the weekly status reports and provide inputs to the Program Manager
Prepare Project Plan highlighting weekly tasks for the team
Track the project execution vs the plan monitor the progress
Maintain Risk and Issue Register for the project
Keeps the team motivated and committed to the project delivery
