Duties & Requirements
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management Events Manager and the Events Executive provides support in coordinating the events arrangements with internal and external clients provide secretarial and administrative support to the Event management Team.
Administrative Duties :
- Handling all telephone calls
- Handling various routine communications functions
- Ensure sales / Delphi databases are updated on a regular basis
- Support Director of Events management by providing the monthly performance review report
Coordinates Functions:
Handles guest requests independently by supplying information contacting concerned departments to assist in guest requests and needs.
Conduct site inspection if required.
Assist with Event management ad hoc project s as assigned by Director of Events Management
