A Senior Electrical Supervisors job involvesoverseeing electrical projects managing teams of electricians ensuring safety and compliance and coordinating with other teams.They plan direct and coordinate electrical operations manage budgets and schedules and troubleshoot issues.This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:Planning coordinating and overseeing electrical projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership:Managing and mentoring a team of electricians providing guidance training and support.
- Safety and Compliance:Ensuring all work is performed safely adhering to safety regulations building codes and industry standards.
- Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving electrical issues and malfunctions minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations.
- Coordination:Collaborating with project managers engineers and other trades to facilitate workflow and resolve issues.
- Reporting:Preparing reports on project progress safety incidents and team performance.
- Resource Management:Managing budgets timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Technical Expertise:Possessing a strong understanding of electrical systems components and relevant codes and regulations.
Required Skills:
