Job Description
Undertake planning for achieving sales targets.
Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of distribution partner (banks brokers and other corporate agents)
Strengthen relationship with Distribution partners: Manage & enhance relationship with the authorised representatives of
brokers banks corporate agents and others.
Engage with employee of distributor partner both in India and abroad
Maintain clear communication with the partners.
Sales & Service
Ensure achievement of sales targets.
Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns.
Engage with NRI customers for product sale
Manage the servicing requirements of NRI Customers
Customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as
customer complaints.
