We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Scientist to join a dynamic laboratory team in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy diagnostic service where your expertise will be highly valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Process clinical specimens and perform culture and sensitivity testing.
Support infection control efforts.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control.
Qualifications and Experience
CORU registration
Experience in bacteriology and mycology
Familiarity with MALDI-TOF and automated ID/AST systems
